In order to protect and properly manage personal information, we have established information management regulations and have established the necessary management system. We regularly check how to handle personal information and other important information, and strive to maintain and improve our personal information protection policy (privacy policy) management system.
6. Joint use of personal information
Within the scope of "4. Purpose of use", the Company will jointly use the acquired personal
information among its consolidated subsidiaries, non-consolidated subsidiaries, and affiliated
companies listed in the securities reports, etc. of the Company and its parent company.
The items of personal information to be jointly used are "company name, affiliation, name,
address, contact information such as telephone number and e-mail address, purchase history of
products and services, contents of inquiries and requests, etc."
In the case of joint use of items other than these, we will notify or announce the purpose of
use to the person in advance.
7. Provision of personal information to third parties
We will not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining the consent of the individual, except as permitted by laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information and other related laws and regulations.
8. Procedures for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. of personal information
If an individual requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. of his or her own personal information, we will promptly take necessary measures after confirming the identity of the individual.
